  Lechatelier's Principle : Imagine there are 2 room (A and B) connected with each other and 100 students sitting in each room . Since both rooms are connected equal number of students (say 10) move from one room to another in a given time interval without affecting total number of students in each room . We say it as equilibrium . Why? Because movement (reaction ) occurs in both direction without affecting the strength (Concentration) of each room .  If any external stress is induced in any room the net flow of number student from one room to another will change , and we say equilibrium will get disturbed . This is natural , system fights back to counter external force .  Similar situation arise if any reversible reaction which is at equilibrium faces any external force . One frequently asked questions by JEE or NEET students is “how  many hours should I study to crack the exam?” Is my study hours sufficient? Is my preparation going well?  Often, they compare their sitting hour with their friend which lead to unnecessary pressure and competition among students. We will answer these questions in this article .  There is no any fixed number of hours that guarantee success in  JEE or NEET exam. What matters more is how many productive hours of study you are doing without disturbing your mental health. Having been Chemistry mentor for more than a decade, I always felt that there are certain nuances of preparation and students life that deserve to be shared beyond the classroom. Everyday, when I enter a classroom and interact with students, I observe not only their academic problems but also their curiosity, doubts, struggles and aspirations. Many of these issues can be addressed in class, but lmited classroom time does not allow us to discuss everything in classroom.  To address some of these concerns, I decided to bring my experiences and observations to a common plateform.
